from Lake Bluff Appirary in Wolcott NY. They sent their busy NY Bees to a commercial  Blueberry Farm in Michigan and then brought the little guys back home with all their goodies. this honey is then mixed with *Raw Unfiltered Coconut Oil and a little Sunflower Lectithin for emulsification, whipped for forty-five minutes, and poured and sealed in jars.

this is a little more than our Spring blossom Honey, as they had to ship the bees to and from Michigan.
